Day 1 — Nairobi to Lake Ellis

A scenic drive followed by a gentle hike through forest and waterfalls into open moorlands.

  • Distance: 8 km

  • Elevation Gain: 600m

  • Overnight: Lake Ellis Camp


Day 2 — Lake Ellis to Minto’s Camp

The landscape opens into wide alpine views. A slower, steady climb with time to pause and take it all in.

  • Distance: 9 km

  • Elevation Gain: 800m

  • Overnight: Minto’s Camp


Day 3 — Summit & Descent

An early start toward Point Lenana. You reach the summit at sunrise, then descend gradually.

  • Distance: 21.5 km

  • Overnight: Old Moses Camp


Day 4 — Return to Nairobi

A gentle forest descent via Sirimon, followed by transfer back to the city.

Tier 1 — Trek Only
