Celebrate Mother’s Day by dedicating time to yourself in the serene highlands of Tigoni. This wellness experience is designed to help mothers, caregivers, and wellness seekers pause, breathe, and receive the gift of calm and restoration in nature.

Set amidst the rolling tea plantations and lush landscapes of Tigoni, the retreat combines guided mindfulness, gentle yoga, reflective meditation, and restorative wellness activities. It’s a perfect way to reconnect with your body, mind, and the surrounding environment, while enjoying fresh air, scenic views, and moments of peaceful reflection.

Tigoni is part of Kenya’s Central Highlands, known for its cool climate, elevated landscapes (approx. 2,100–2,400 meters), tea estates, and expansive greenery—offering an ideal setting for outdoor wellness and relaxation.

This wellness retreat is intentionally curated to allow you to rest, breathe, and receive care for yourself in a serene natural setting.

1:00 PM – Meet-Up & Registration

1:15 PM – Departure to Tigoni
Travel together through scenic routes to the retreat location.

2:45 PM – Arrival & Welcome Circle
Begin with introductions, orientation, and a short grounding session to settle into the space.

3:00 PM – Guided Gentle Yoga
Light stretches and restorative yoga in a quiet outdoor setting with scenic views.

3:30 PM – Breathwork & Mindfulness
Guided breathing exercises, meditation, and mindful reflection to cultivate calm.

4:00 PM – Short Hike to the Falls
Enjoy a gentle 1-hour guided hike to the nearby waterfall, combining light movement with nature immersion. Take moments to pause, breathe, and appreciate the surroundings.

5:00 PM – Wellness Session & Refreshments
Return from the hike for guided wellness activities, light refreshments, and relaxation in the serene outdoor space.

5:30 PM – Closing Circle
Gather to reflect, share experiences, and conclude the wellness journey.

6:00 PM – Departure for Nairobi
