How to Subscribe

• Subscriptions are completed through M-Pesa

• Payments are securely processed via M-Pesa

• Access is activated after successful payment confirmation

Subscription Duration

• Monthly

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew

• Manual renewal is required to continue access

Booking Your Walks

• After subscribing, create or log into your account

• Visit the Experiences page to view the Wellness Walks available in your membership calendar

• Only active members can access and book available sessions

Missed Walks Policy

• Monthly members may carry forward unused walks to the following month

• Carry-forward is valid for one month only

• Unused sessions after this period expire

• Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable

Subscription Window

• Subscriptions open at the start of each month

• Registration closes on the 5th of each month

• After the 5th, all experiences are available on a pay-per-walk basis only
